Not looking will stop the system from updating your personal listings.
Looking updates your personal listings at least daily and notify via your notification option.

My Listings is a subset of all listings based off of the filters and location settings.

[Reset Notifications] clears last checked date. This value limits notifications to being checked (and sent) once a day. The last sent date is informational only, it doesn't affect when you'll next get notifications.
